The image of me is copyright, and as a result I have the right to nail the bollocks to the wall of anyone still sporting it.

Along with the unauthorized distribution, tt is also causing gross defamation.

I am, however, happy to not do anything if they all come down by midnight.

As I said before, this is a forum of people discussing issues. The fact that your presence has hijacked that for 48 hours speaks volumes.

We have a laugh, we have a joke or two, we make comments that others respond to. You haven't made anyone laugh, even in sympathy, you haven't made a worthwhile comment (only offensive ones) and you have threatened legal action now about people using your "copyright" image.

I assume your face has been registered as a copyright? The trustees of Diana, Princess of Wales' estate found it rather difficult. But then again, I can't see many contenders to your particular patent! :shock:

I'm gobsmacked that you had the nerve to walk in and register your face anyway! Did the staff laugh out loud or just behind your back?

Anyway James, it's just your photo and the word "Twatflaps" next to it. It's not actually saying you ARE a set of twatflaps, just an unfortunate placement.

Incidentally, it takes more than you SAYING it's copyright to make it so. At any rate, there were no terms of use accompanying it.

You spoiled the party there Sput, I was merely going to place a black mark over the eyes the make it unrecognisable in case he went down the "copyright" joke.

I was rather hoping he was going to waste £000s doing that!
