£1.01 thats mad.

Where i work i was charged £1.50 for a house double vk+C. Which is cheaper than the Village Inn. I think that may have been that price because im technically staff :P Well i like to think it was.

Really they should insist on round numbers like 10/20/50.

End of the day it's infinitely quicker and easier to pay up.

Well alot of the "local" shops are just as bad with their prices as well, the bakers nearby charges 63p for a Belgian Bun, why not just round it down to 60p or up to 65p.

I wish to intervene at this point with a (semi) serious point.

Has anyone else noticed that, like him or loathe him, in the twenty-four hours since James' return, there have been more posts in this place than in the best part of the previous two months?

Whatever else you say about him, he's damn good for business.

Big Brother's audiences are always largest when something appalling is happening too! Take away from that what you will!

And St George was jewish (allegedly) and never came to England, but it didn't stop him being our patron saint! I thought St Paddy did some "reptile-ridding" of your island at some point, so he must've been there! (Unless it was by 10th century telekenesis)?

I start and end with vodkas (with only a Smirnoff Ice or similar in between). You clearly never had enuff if your head only spun twice!

My mate used to do Vodka shots holding a small measure to his eyeball - apparently goes into the blood stream very quickly - never could try it myself as my contact lens would float away!!!

He was mad though, and used to dip unlit cigarettes in poppers and light them, then also heat up poppers with his lighter. Ahhhh the summer of 2004 - how we annoyed the neighbours with our all night parties

It's not my island, I don't want it!
