here's a little utility you might find useful:

it allows you to delete files which are in use by flagging them with MOVEFILE_DELAY_UNTIL_REBOOT which means they will be deleted when the system next restarts.

please be careful with this utility folks. you can completely ruin your windows installation with this as it will let you delete core files. some things are put back by windows file protection, but not everything so please use it carefully.

instructions: click browse to locate the file(s) you want to delete, then click delete.

restart your pc.

interesting. But why do you want to delete when the system next restarts? Why don't you just delete the files now?
