What, in case the CD breaks in half? :roll:Nate J wrote: I'll think I'll go somewhere that can give me some cover/gaurentee on it
Express Upgrade to Windows Vista

Found it at PC World for 149 quid, online 139 quid. Currys is 149 quid, and Gamestation is 119 quid
I'm pretty sure if the CD was buggered, then it's not considered fit for purpose etc. etc. regardless of any covers or guarantees.Nate J wrote:No, if the installation fucks up, or the CD's just buggered.

If the installation screws up, it doesn't matter where you buy it from, they'll just say that its not their problem and there's nothing wrong with the media. Gameworld or PC World or wherever can only be held responsible if they screw up your computer. Selling you a copy of Vista that you then put on your computer that screws it up is not their fault. If the DVD is "buggered" that's a different story but I've never seen a duff Windows CD/DVD out of the original box.Nate J wrote:No, if the installation fucks up, or the CD's just buggered.
