as we approach the end of another year its time to reflect on the days we have all wasted being terribly unkind to a bunch of people we don't know punctuated by the occasional discussion about the trivialities of television presentation.

here are my nominations for forumer of the year 2006

anita mcnaught's hair's award for the rota monitor of the year
jez - itv news
bbcworld2005 - bbc world
newsroom - bbc news

the jaron brass award for the forum scandal of the year
joe havard - carry on doctor
jay and asa - for sending the forum *wild in the aisles* by stickying the supermarket sweep thread
james martin - mental

katherine birkett award for the most loyal viewer of the year
andrew - for his loyalty to all things itv plc
brekkie boy - for his loyalty to all things channel 4
westy - for informing us of all things wm

ryan pannell award for the troll of the year
rob d.e.l. monte - i have grave misgivings as to whether hes real or the product of one of our veteran form troll makers, but be he real or fake - he's annoying and therefore a troll
623058 - annoying

max "big brother" douglass' webmaster of the year award
benjamin f. shatliff - the f stands for fool. but still, his anecdote about selling broken biscuits to michael foot never fails to put a smile on my face
anthony alldritt - a strong contender with his move to television creating a trimedia empire.

no doubt i've missed many people from the list - so please feel free to throw in any nominees - then we can discuss the overall winner over in the secret forum.

may I please nominate bigal87 for the max douglass award due to his wonderous utv website which has an higher percentage of "coming soon" pages than tv ark.

Are we allowed to add additional categories?

If so, I propose The Nick Harvey Special Award for Shameless Self-Promotion, for which I'd like to nominate Mr Row Singh for services to photography.

We're probably as tedious as each other, but I think Hyma should be the judge.

How can anyone choose between the options? They're all equally annoying.
