Easting a cow's muscle for swallowing is also silly. Yet oddly I see tongue on most deli countersRob Del Monte wrote:His point was that milk is for infants, and nothing else. A great cocktail specially containing the right stuff to make an infant grow quickly. Drinking cow's infant formula is stupid.

I can understand people picking on Rob's questionable overuse of grammar, but for Christ's sake, he's not as bad as some of the people who post inane drivel on here and TVF. Give the guy a break, at least he shows some signs of intelligence - and full credit to him for not rising to criticism from people like you.Nate J wrote:Woopdeefuckingdo. Nobody gives a shit. Indeed, notice how as he's (mostly) stopped the grammar nonsense I'm talking normally to him.all new Phil wrote:I can understand people picking on Rob's questionable overuse of grammar, but for Christ's sake, he's not as bad as some of the people who post inane drivel on here and TVF. Well, according to Milk and why it's bad for you. By: James "the" Carman, calcium is best absorbed with Magnesium, of which there is none in milk. The other web site I linked to had comments at the bottom, saying that a lot of essential enzymes (the . . .ase words) are killed during the heating and cooling (Pasteurisation) of the milk, therefore making it dead, and useless.
All a bit like having lots of money in a safe, but not having the key inside to it.
Another thing, is that milk contains lactose, something which infants can break up, because they have the correct enzyme to do so, but most mammals, and indeed human beings, loose this enzyme after infancy, or at least production of it sharply falls, and become lactose intolerant. This is basically where lactase (the enzyme) is no longer produced.
Lactase is contained in cows' milk, but, the heating and cooling (Pasteurisation) denatures it.
A recent gene change in some Europeans has meant that the lactase-production fall has been reduced, meaning a vast minority of human beings are lactose tolerant (still produce lactase).
I used Wikipedia's article on milk's § on lactose intolerancy as the lactose intolerence source - pinch of salt.
I'm still phasing out dairy from my diet, me thinks.

Why do people say “Quad bike” and “Double prime”—it is like saying a “three-sided square”, oh wait they do, “Tri-square”?!
