Correct.
However it does piss me off when they keep the names secret when they have been convicted (no matter what age they are), if you make the choice to rape/murder someone then you also make the choice to be associated with it for the rest of your life. A case where this is hilighted is the Bulger case, where the taxpayer is now footing the bill to keep those two bastards secret and probably living a life of luxury.

I've known women who have been through the ordeal. It's a dreadful, dreadful thing to have to deal with. But I've also known men who were falsley accused.
There's an awful lot of crying wolf out there, and something should be done to protect innocent people from the consequences.
