How good is this? I know it went kaboom the other week but that's lie isn't it.
I'm being highly tempted by this you see

As I have a £30 contract on my tefelone, therefore I'm rather tempted at getting unlimited for £5 instead of 30gig a month from Pipex at 17, esp as pipex are now traffic shaping which has removed one of their *POINTS OF FABNESS*
So, should I make the switch?

Well, I've never had any problems and I've been with them since the early days of them starting as Freeserve.
Lots of people DO seem to moan about them, but I have to speak as I find and would recommend them.

Yes, they are fine.
Had a bit of a nightmare with customer service when I tried to get my Apple working on it.
"Livebox doesn't work with Apple".
After about five hours, after being put through to at least 8 different people, I got someone to sort it out.
The customer service is an absolute atrocity - mostly because the majority of the service centres are in Mumbai - but once the thing works then there aren't any problems.

It would have been ten but it took me 35 to discover you had to add @aol.com onto the username
