Cheap/reliable LCD tv?

I always have the telly on in my room at my desk, be it for the Simpsons or just News 24/Sky on in the background. My current CRT telly is taking up a bit too much space. Anyone know any good, cheap, 14-19" wide screen flatscreen tellys?
