There is a nice woman at BT NI trying to sort this for me. Moveing from cable and am having nightmares about the whole ADSL thing.
She's sending me a new wireless router and microfilters now, in case that helps. That's generous of her as mine is two and a half years old, and has nothing to do with BT. I'm quite sure it won't fix the problem though. Essentially she's admitted that they really haven't got to grips with the large numbers of problems associated with ADSL Max and are all learning as they go along.
