Not sure if any of you would be able to help with this - but I'm looking to set up a simple thing to use on a company intranet where information is stored on the main server that could be accessed and edited by any network computer.
I know there's the way of putting everything into Word but not everyone wants to do that - but I'd ideally like it to be through a simple html based (or something similar) system so anyone could both access and update the information.
I have no idea where to start - and it'd have to be user friendly enough to enter / edit data easily and also be easy to access to view the information.
Any ideas?
Intranet type thing

Sounds like you need a wiki. MediaWiki is the software that powers Wikipedia.

That all seems very technical! Again I'm not sure I'd know completely where to start...James Hatts wrote:Sounds like you need a wiki. MediaWiki is the software that powers Wikipedia.
