Because, all i've heard this afternoon is car loads of drunken blokes tooting their car horns.. The driver of said cars looked happy but pissed off at the same time. Everyone seemed happy, shame there is likely to be some pretty nasty punch ups later. See everyone should get stoned and be mellow man!!

We won 1-0, but only due to an own goal.

So we come away with maximum pointsm but the game itself and quality of football was, to be fair, scrappy.

England didn't win... Paraguay lost.

So you're saying it's not a win, it's an absence of losing?

That is correct... England did not score. Paraguay did, in their own net.

So England won due to an own goal. So all those tossers yesterday were proud of that! The mind boggles.. I must confess i saw a bit of the half time thingy majiggy. When the ref stood on a players hand. That bit with wrighty and co.

Somehow, I don't think England are going to get very far in this tournament.

I suppose I should switch my loyalty to Brazil...

Ah, you must be one of these people who support a team that is doing well, rather than any other reason.

England always play crap in their first couple of games. We'll get better, you'll see ;)
