Just a quick one if anybody knows...

Is there a way I can put a conditional formatting rule on incoming mail that would make e-mails from a particular address or with the subject line containing a specific word come up as highlighted in, say, red? I know there are all sorts of filters that put them in separate folders or automatically forward them, but not quite what I'm looking for.

Tools > Message Rules > Mail > Message Properties

And then select the account or email properties you wish to highlight. Then in the next box scroll down to 'Highlight with colour'.

Simple!

I've found it - it's under the Customize bit. Outlook 2002's menu system is not too logical.
