TV Forum's/MP247's First Wedding - Suggestions needed

After getting boxed out of my tree with my good lady on Friday night, I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. She accepted and didn't change her mind the next morning.

Having a chat with Sputty tonight on MSN, we came up with the idea that this should be TV Forum & Metropol's first "event".

So far, we think that martinDTanderson should do the wedding cake in Sky's corporate font. Any and all other suggestions welcomed.

First and foremost, congratulations johnnyboy!

Perhaps an ITN van to take the bride to the chapel?

Thanks time warp! How about performing the service in the "Theatre of Vows"?

Congratulations Mark! I hope everything goes well for you.

You should be married by Nick Harvey (who can provide his own blessing) with Nicky Schiller following proceedings live, interviewing Katherine Birkett and Dickie Bird, both down the line from Boston.

James Prout can provide a special BBC remix of "Here Comes The Bride" with Square Eyes and TVM providing banter during the "I do" bits.

Hyma can stand by the side watching everyone come in and rating their dress sense.

We can send James Martin to the wrong church, where he will be joined by J.Christie for some cracking entertainment.

The Stag Night can be at the Met[ropol] Bar where there will be free drinks provided by Chris Denman as Stephen Cole demonstrates how to comb our hair for the big day.

Why not perform the ceremony here? In the enchanting surroundings of Shatliff's Cathedral!

Thanks James! It would be a dream come true if Stephen Cole could give Vics away. Itrobot could be on "comb" duty for that day.

Ooh we could organise a stripogram on your stag night... it could be a woman, who is actually a man, who is actually MDTA. Hell, the bra wouldn't need padding.
