I'll never be able to build up enough money to have a certain pecentage of any houseprice at the minute!
I have a rich daddy, but he is very much alive at the moment, so I'm not likely to have the capital to get a mortgage.

The rent I pay more than covers the costs of the type of property I would like, but I won't get my feet on the property ladder for some time to come.
