And for the record, I loathe Star Trek and all its spawn. Which is a bit ironic really, since this was at #1 when I was born.

Star Trekkin was a novelty song. It grated on one's nerves after a while; but nothing like as bad as crazy frog.

For those of you who haven't heard your birth song, you should really track them down on the net.

You'll end up with the same music collection I had in the 80's!

One of the earliest memories of pop songs is this particular track and the Chicken Song by Spitting Image.
