Maybe, maybe not. Although I expect you've been told that a thousand times over.

Don't believe everything you read in the papers.

Upon reading various threads there appears to be Secret Forum #1 and #2.

What are these, and how does one get to them

What does it take to be regarded as "special"?

Does it involve me having to consult a Psychiatrist and getting some form of documentation? :D :D

Dragging this thread back on topic (was it ever on topic?), it looks like I'm spending New Year in the leafy suburbs of Bradford, and a night out in Leeds is on the cards. (Well, you wouldn't seriously venture into Bradford after sundown, would you?)

still haven't decided what to do new years eve - the last place i want to be is a *really* busy pub... our default drinking hole is slowly turning into a nightclub, we went last weekend and to be honest we couldnt hear outselves speak so we buggered off.

a good mate has got £200 worth of fireworks he got for free as a sample for a company he works at, so we might put those to good use failing that, we'll go down the (very very walking distance) local and have a few

I see the Sky News poll today is asking "Are you going out?". Quite a pointless poll I thought but was suprised to see 85% of people say they are staying in!

I was going to be in Londinium, but am not going to risk it what with Tube strikes.

So am now going my friends party, where you have to go as a character from James Bond.

Unfortunately after Crimbo I can't afford a trip to a fancy dress shop, so any suggestions on who I can go as, using stuff most of us have in the wardrobe...
