I'm certain it wasn't ME who suggested such a system.
I wouldn't have been so stupid as to suggest a system where general threads and news threads are separated into different fora.
They should all be in together, with as many lengthy, generic threads as possible, hopefully running to many hundreds of pages.
There's nothing like a nice long generic thread, with a nice fight on about page two hundred and sixty, to liven things up a bit.
Got to give Mental Charlie something to keep him awake.
Is TV Forum perverse?

I was simply keeping it in check with the current seperation idea that the sadministrator has in place. If this becomes a permanent decap from the land of purile torture then it could be done away with.Nick Harvey wrote:I wouldn't have been so stupid as to suggest a system where general threads and news threads are separated into different fora.

We'll save the row for a couple of hundred pages.

I might be being a bit "judge-like" and thick here, but I'm having a bit of a problem with what "DS" or "ds" is.
Are we talking Digital Spy, the website that makes TV Forum look like a site for post-graduates?

Yes. I have to say that reading DS makes me very depressed about current standards of literacy.Nick Harvey wrote:Are we talking Digital Spy, the website that makes TV Forum look like a site for post-graduates?

Is that guy, Radio Rotherham, still on there, spouting complete and utter rubbish about what he thinks is coming soon to Astra?
Last time I looked, back in the early summer, he was talking the biggest anagram of carp I've ever read.
I think his top two predictions were Westcountry West and BBC World.

A choice cut from DS:
I think ITV News should Stay on Freeview due to the fact ITV News Channel was off air while they upgraded there server so if it axe it a waste of tax payer money. Merge ITV4 with Men & Motor and Since Channel 5 does not any other Digital Channel make Channel 5 does the KIDS channel & a Text Service for Chanel 5 as Well. That Mine opions also I do think Men & Motor is Rubbies and by the way more four is comming soon and in the TV Guide more4 +1hours will not be on Freeview yet. Scrap Quiz TV
