YAY I was about to *unmask* the fact that cdd is too thick to understand that OFSPUT is the office of SPUT and in charge of sput's posts only, like the office of WATER which generally doesn't poke it's nose into gas affairs.

Even more thrilling though is that even though OFSPUT regulates only my posts, the users of this fair site STILL think it does a better job than cddcom!
