Here's a few I have taken of recent round the City:

City of London crest - outside Blackfriars station

Sign outside the "Hugn Drawn & Quartered" pub on Upper Thames Street

Tower Bridge from South Bank on a misrable day

St Paul's on a sunny day

Swiss RE Tower AKA "The gherkin"

A "griffin" in the Tiling at "Bank" Underground station

Old style phone box that is not covered in grafitti, has smashed windows or smells of piss.

Thanks Chris. I was testing out my new Camera Phone, all of them (except the "pub" sign that was taken with the old one) were taken with the new phone thankfully I don't live to far from the City so I can get better pics with me Digital Camera once I get a larger memory card for it.Chris wrote:Nice pictures - shame they were taken with a camera phone (you can tell I am not keen on them because of their naff picture quality).
Like your images as well especially the colours in the third one.

Thanks, purely a hobby. I was quite suprised how well some of those came out.Johnny wrote:BTW nice photos Mich do you do that professionally or just as a hobby?
http://www.caldecotesteamparty.co.uk will be home to quite a few (generally dull) photos of mine over the next three weeks - the highlight being panoramas taken with my new camera - crude in places but still a great effect.
