Disk Defragment

I'm never happy with defragmenting disks, always back up your files before hand.

I seem to find that 99% of the times XP does it no bother, but that 1%, it trips up and becomes unstable.

Or worse, System Restore. I have done that seven times and it didn't give me the results I needed. I tried my best but I think I am on the urge for a reformat.

I hate system restore, it stores viruses.. eat disk space and usually doesn't work well... have a regular backup and a format is my plan.

Why not just sell your computer all together?

Because it all works perfectly, it's just a shame about the operating systems..
