I can't really get in the mood if I've had a foul day. It just seems a bit pointless. Besides last night I was out like a light the minute my head hit the pillow.

When i have a bad day i normally put the boxing gloves on and give the punch bag what for. My bloke often suggests that we have a boxing or martial arts training session when i'm in a foul mood. It works wonders. However, i have learnt not to take my moods out on my fella as our training sessions tend to get a little too intense when i do that.

What also de-stresses me is a couple of ( pint) glasses of wine :D

i love driving at night, it's very relaxing and there are so many back roads to get lost in.
I agree, Dr L - sometimes I love to just going for a drive, heading nowhere in particular. Lots of nearby places to explore.
Careful - that sounds very Alan Partridge on the Norwich Ring Road to me.

How true!

Alan used to do a lot of driving when he had bad days.

Are you "clinically fed up" too, Ison? ;)

I think this qualifies as an off day. I am now a criminal, I was practically handcuffed and taken to jail just now, I didn't pass go and I was almost hanged for my crimes.

OK that might not be strictly true but it felt that bad. I was stopped by a policeman because my reverse light came on when I was braking. Talk about humiliation... everyone looking at me as they passed. WHY did five fucking busses have to pass while I was talking to the copper? When you want a bleeding bus you don't get one!

Anyhow. I drove to a nearby car park and fixed the light there and then, tis fine now. But I've got to go to a police station and show them the paper part of my driving licence and some other papers.

This is ever so slightly inconvenient.

What with that and yet MORE aggro from the neighbour, this is turning into a year of hell. :(

Apologies if I missed it, but what's the crack with your neighbour?

Don't knock it - there's nothing wrong with drive around the Norwich Ring Road! Er or perhaps a slightly swifter drive around the Norwich Southern Bypass.

I'll get me coat
