I think that Metropol should have a "post of the day" competition. Starting with today:
Nick Harvey wrote:What sort of brain-dead plonker chooses the moment when he's being told to evacuate his house to log on to the internet and ask a bunch of strangers, few if any of whom are even in the same city as him, whether the evacuation is serious?

ASK THE MAN WITH THE MEGAPHONE, YOU TOSSER, NOT US.
Genius. Would suggest something for TV Forum but the mental age seems to be two in some places.

Cilla: Applause for 'ar Mr. Haaaaveh.

I must say I think this was an amazing follow up:

If this also applies to TVF, I think UKTV Games is proving himself to be an outstanding troll.

There is one particular example which stands out as excellent:-

TV Home Forum
Sky eyes kids channel

UKTV Games
Sky is planning to launch 3 kids channels to take on likes of Nickelodeon, the Cartoon Network and the Disney Channel.

TVN
What are they going to put on them?

TVN
What are they going to put on them?

UKTV Games
You are nice.

This simple but surrealistic type of trolling is inspired, and I think we are in the presence of genius.

Sorry to fly off topic... is it me or is everyone starting to look like Mr. Ison? Especially you Mr. Hall.

Which means Ison takes it as an insult. How dare you insult Mr. Ison.

Well so long as none of us looks like Macaulay Culkin. Oh wait...

Maybe I can take this back on topic. DAS usually makes me giggle...

"The amount of times I've been woken up by tossers walking down the street with a fog machine."

I nominate DAS for post of the day. Well, post of yesterday...
