Oh well. Never mind. I was rolling about on the floor for an hour and a half. My day is ruined knowing that you didn't find it funny.Antz wrote:Didn't seem funny to me. :roll:DAS wrote:I shall also report Antz for not being able to decipher a dry sense of humour.
I'd have thought that finding something funny and realising it is not a serious statement are two different things.
There seems to be a range of annoying people signed up to TV Forum in the last few weeks. You can tell the school holidays have started in some areas.
What I can't understand is why people still reply and debate the points in depth when one of these posters starts a badly written thread on a subject that has been done 100 times before!

I'm not going to be too hard on Joe, specifically, for reasons you either understand or I won't bother you with.
Some of the other illiterates are REALLY GETTING UP MY NOSE, however.
That bloke called Doug, for instance, who can put twenty words in a sentence and get nineteen of them wrong, yet give the impression that it's MY fault.

Sorry but he's not the first sufferer of cancer in the world. I understand the position the fella's in is granted a very bad one, and I hope everything doesn't fall to pieces however if I get shit I throw shit back.Nick Harvey wrote:I'm not going to be too hard on Joe, specifically, for reasons you either understand or I won't bother you with.

And these people you refer to are illiterates like:
marykate - can't spell
southwales - has an obsession with calling Peter hymagaboo, humballega, hymagumbamaboo and every other bloody name under the sun
dodrade - can't stop talking about Karin Giannone
bbcworld2005 - has nitpicking obsessions
Katherine - for sentimental reasons

and others who all seem to begin their names with lowercase letters.
Arseholes.

I'm always suspicious of people who write 'Bbc' or 'Itv' in thread titles.
You get a lot of that sort of riff-raff over at Digital Spy.
