Here's a thing, why don't you go to the bloody MSN server status page, rather than asking on here all the sodding time?

Generally when MSN is down the status page is itself in one of two states:

(a) Says everything is normal.

(b) Displays an error message and refuses to load.

oh but it's only 200k. if we keep refreshing we can get 1mb every few seconds and soon destroy his data transfer limit

I've just spent 10 minutes repeatedly downloading that image (1MB every 5 seconds), and his server is coping! :roll:

Don't forget that your ISP may be using a transparent caching proxy server, so you may not actually be communicating with his server at all.

Ahh more than likely. I am using NTL afterall, and they are well-known for such skullduggery.
