I just clicked the link and the message reads access is forbidden Humphh!
I was watching question time the other night and kept getting sidetracked by the colour of David Dimblebys teeth and Tony Blairs hair ( it was longer one side than the other).So i didn't get much inspiration from that programme.
Ah well, when the fella goes out i'll put sky news on or 'Jackanory' as he calls it, and see whats going on.

It depends much where you live. Blair's urging us against tactical voting, but that's only because he knows it works. Personally I trust Brown. I think our economy has been the safest and most prosperous than any time during 17 years of Conservative government. The problem of the dodgy dossier and the lack of WMD keeps rearing it's ugly head, but don't forget the more than numerous scandals from dodgy Conservatives lacking of credibility.

Where I live, it's between the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats. Not only am I happy to vote Lib Dem to help oust our Conservative MP, Theresa May, a front-bench Tory, but also for their policies.

The old "the Lib Dems have no policies" slogan is wearing a little thin in my opinion. The abolition of tuition fees, a fairer local income tax system in place of Council Tax, and fairness for the elderly. And I am confident this will be reflected on election night.

So SE, it very much depends on where you live, but I hope my thoughts may have helped you.

I am not getting into an argument, or discussion about this. People can disagree with me, as I can with them, and thats because we are lucky enough to live in a democracy.

The most important thing is that you get out and vote, whoever you decide to stick your X next to. Millions around the world literally die to try and have a say. Tomorrow is our chance.

Well, apparently, where i live ( Folkestone) a labour vote willl be a wasted one. It's a close call between the lib dems and the tories. I am now floating between these two. Do i go tactical and vote lib dem out of spite towards the tories or stick with what i know? Last time the lib dems won here they couden't run their council and the tories had to step in and takeover. Life isn't too bad for me. I have some serious decisions to make and little time to do it in.

If you want less Police officers in general, because there isn't enough money to pay for them.
If you want more hospitals to close like in the last Conservative government.
If you want higher class sizes (think 42 in a Primary school against less than 30 today)

That's surely the Lib Dems policy, the Tories claim is that Blair lied, but they too would have done the same and gone to war.

The Tory policy on the Iraq "issue" is a mess.

James over the last few weeks you do appear to be rather confused at times about what the conservatives stand for.

As well as the Iraq issue mentioned by others just now [and as he explained poorly himself on the BBC this morning], both the tories and labour will have to hold a referendum on a constitution whatever their opinion [though clearly with different recommendations].

I also recall you saying the one thing you believe the current government have done for the better is devolution -- yet the tories don't want the assembly and would hold a vote recommending its dissolution [mind you I wouldn't hold your breath].

If you want lower taxes

Taxes under Thatcher were higher than they are now

If you want less illegal immigrants

Fewer you mean. Tories have no strategy on reducing immigrants apart from some pipe dream about imprisoning them on a fabled island somewhere

Seventeen years of Tory rule did nothing to support the Police force. When Kenneth Clarke was Home Secretary he wouldn't even let the Police have batons to defend themselves because they cost to much
