If you go on the radio you put your voice in the public domain.

If your voice is in the public domain you, de facto, allow it to be used whenever and wherever people like.

Or did you sign up for a detailed contract involving repeat fees? I very much doubt it.

You don't hear me complaining about people taking the urine out of some of my early work for a well known caravan company, do you?

Okay, I know that one escaped via our Pembrokeshire correspondent, but it could just as easily have been recorded off-air off Hallam, which puts it clearly in the public domain.

I'm just grateful nobody taped the voice of the Sheffield Aids Line off air. Don't think I'd be too happy if that one came back to haunt me after all these years, but, if it did, I'd have to accept it. I just DON'T do "sympathetic" too well!

I did not take the piss out of the caravan ad. I loved it so much, I wanted to share it with everyone! That jingle is the best one I have heard!
