Anyway it's probably because I have http://www.metropol247.co.uk/forum/sear ... d=newposts bookmarked rather than the main topic list (though now all the sections have been merged, that's less useful)

It is a little known fact that James Hatts is a mole. He tunnels under the forum to make it unstable. His excuse, when confronted by investigative journalists, is that he is "searching".
