Surely they're not discontinuing them?
All packaging seems to be getting smaller/less complete. It wasn't that long ago that a McDonalds Bacon Roll came in a long roll and a polystyrene box. Now it's been made round so that it can fit a paper burger wrapper.
Oh well, we shouldn't complain. Since they know that 99% of their packaging is going to go in a landfill rather than be recycledl, they might as well do what they can to cut down on it.
It rocked my world.
KFC popcorn chicken boxes getting smaller?
No, it's you getting bigger. At least, that's the excuse Cadbury's used when their making the Créme-yuk-eggs smaller was questioned on Watchdog (among various other products).Dr Lobster* wrote:just got a popcorn chicken, the first real feast of kfc since the summer, i got a large, and the box seems to be a lot smaller - anybody else notice this, or am i going mad?
