Hello all! Well following last night's....moderately...successful chat night, a few people brought up the idea of having one regularly. So I propose a poll to gauge opinion about it.

I'm leaving aside all practical issues for now, I'd just like to see if people would bother to visit If you vote, let us know what day would be best in your opinion too please!

I'd be in favour of one night a week to start off with.

MP247/The Lounge is growing again, and I don't think we can rush it just yet to the old days.

How about a Thursday?

You're the marketing supremo, why do you think Thursday?

I must decline from voting, I'm afraid.

Once I head back to the smoke, I don't think I'd ever make it to the chatroom on a regular basis.

Although having said that...it may be possible...

i'd also vote for a weekly one, although my typing abilities are currently damaged,

I passed my driving test today and then fell over and broke my wrist so i can't drive for 2 weeks. *HMMPH*

Purely for selfish reasons, Sputty. Nothing to do with marketing, I'm afraid.

apart from a few of the old chatroom favourites, like phil and katherine - i think we are still lacking in forum gimps in the chatroom.

they are part of the chatting dynamic. some chat is better than no chat - but we must still strive to re-discover the spark of the old room. surprised at the room being called #metropol247 ... and why is maggie mash no longer the bot.

Oh, TVM, you're always moaning about one thing or another (except the Midlands and its television services).

The gimps will come back over time. It only relaunched last night.
