Well I've got my Mr Pedantic hat on today, and I'm gonna unleash it.

1. Switzerland may geographically be in Europe, but it is not part of the European Union. Therefore, the insinuation that Europe is to blame would be wrong if you are using the fact that Nestlé is based in Switzerland as a reason;

2. "Blaim" is spelt "blame".

Many thanks ladies and gentlemen.

Well I didnt mean the EU was to BLAME just that the European subsidiaries of Nestle make decisions which always lead to changes in the UK.

Jif to Cif
Marathon to Snickers
Opal Fruits to Starburst

Decisions made for Europe which have no thought for tradition in the UK.

Spurious rubbish. The names of confections and household cleaning products are not "tradition". Economic factors relating to advertising, central manufacturing and distribution make these sensible business practice.

Don't they teach you this type of thing at college?

Saw it for the first time in Asda today. Some lovely old lady on a speaker with a norfolk accent announcing Cillit Bang now on sale... It seemed so wrong, she should be at home with her pink fluffy slippers and a cup of tea.

I saw someone buy it in Semi-Chem, I would have laughed but this strange welsh sounding girl was saying something that sounded like fart in an attempt to insult me.

Don't you find that the orange ones actually taste of orange yet the purple ones don't taste purple.
I say it only because I'm good looking...

I believe a long time ago I (nearly) choked on the plastic Smarties lid.

Nestlé are evil.
