There's a girl I'm sort of seeing at the moment, who is really nice, kind and loving; yet all I seem to want to do is ditch her and get back with my ex who used to treat me like shit.

I know so many people who have told me similar tales about how they have dumped really lovely people in favour of complete bastards. Why do we do it?
