I've always said you are frustrated. That explains it. But answer me this, do you derive more pleasure from holding off than actually doing the deed?c@t wrote:Well I got a Valentine's Day text message, but then I have not yet invited him back to my house, so he does not know where I live, despite the fact we have been dating for a month or so.
This situation I intend to maintain for as long as possible, thus depriving myself of any sexually-derived pleasure for the maximum length of time.
Excellent.
Valentines day
I say it only because I'm good looking...

Excellent.
But no.
Well the only thing I got to take home tonight was a red helium balloon.

I'm quite chuffed with myself to be honest. Managed to have an excellent and loud time last night and the house looks relatively spotless this morning. And what's more, my head isn't particularly hurty either!
Well Valentines Day is nearly here again. Anyone got anything exciting planned for the day, are you fearing the day due to the expectations it brings or do you hate the sheer commericialism of the event.

Everyone hears what you say,
Friends listen to what you say,
Best friends listen to what you don't say.

Usually for me it goes quietly and this year I feel there's no exception. Though I was going to ask a girl out from work/college, but everyone told me she was seeing someone...so no Valentines card for her.russnet wrote:Well Valentines Day is nearly here again. Though it's my friend's birthday on the 14th, so at least there's one card to send.
Put it this way, when Im single, I hate Valentines Day because of the exceptations of the day and you think will I get a card or not (probably not) and now when I have a missus, it's another frigging day you have to buy sommat for the occasion.
I remember a few years ago when I was single and then Ms X decided to send a card through the door. It was sent pretty early and was hand delivered. I never knew who sent it and I bragged about it to my mates that I had one. Then five months later, I go round my mates house and see a similar card with similar handwriting inside. It turns out it was my best mate's g/f sending me a card because she felt sorry for me.
