CGI Upload Script?

Does anyone have an 'easy to install' cgi upload script? I'd like to upload stuff to my web server from a webpage to a directory but I havent found one that works yet!

Does it have to be CGI? I've got a php one that works well for me if you want it.

Nope doesnt have to be cgi I suppose. Can you edit the layout of PHP as easily as a cgi/html page?

Do you want this to be accessible to the public (ie. like the TVF upload one) or do you want a file manager type one?

If its the latter then I'd recommend the Invision power file manager (google it). It's free.
