Beer chiller

I got one of those beer chillers from Santa, and left the instructions at home before moving back in to my place by Uni.

Does anyone know if 1 is the coldest setting or 5?

Perhaps someone can explain how it works to answer your question.
Alternatively I'm sure mrtoms can provide a graph that will illustrate the relation between knob twisting and temperature!

Aha! I wanted it on the coldest. But thanks to that nifty piece of advice I think I'll re-think!
