Right then, being sad and requiring a single piece of clipart I downloaded the whole of Sierra Print Artist, that fab old desktop publishing program.

The problem is it saves it's graphics in the format GFX. Does anyone know how to covert it to another (more common) vector format like WMF so I can use it in other programs?

the only thing i can suggest, is you install the software (if possible) or something capable of reading it, and print it to one of those special printer drivers, such as one of those pdf or document image writer things and go from there.

sorry for not being much help :-(

Is it not possible to screengrab from the application and paste it somewhere else (Paint Shop Pro or whatever) and then just cut out what you need and resave it?

Do you have Adobe Illustrator or anything like that?

Well I'd prefer it to remain a vector graphic. I have fireworks and adobe acrobat installed on here.

Yay, printed to acrobat and now it's still a vector and stuff.

I shall now be happy for the rest of my life
