i've never seen that happen until the other day, and the exact same thing happened in on winxp sp2 ie6. it doesnt happen with the same frequency has it does in firefox, but it does seem to be an issue in the code of tv forum rather than firefox.Hymagumba wrote:Actually I'm confusing myself now with a seperate problem that MozillaZine had where everything moved off the right side of the screen.Neil Jones wrote:Um, I've never seen that problem in Internet Explorer with TV Forum, nor have I seen it on other PHPBB boards. I've seen it do this in Firefox though.Hymagumba wrote: I get that in IE with TVF. There are a few phpBB sites that have that problem actually.
I've definately seen TVF render like that in IE at school though. We have 5.01 there, that might have something to do with it.

i noticed qute had been updated myself today. much much better than the default theme that currently ships with firefox.
i've been using v 1.0 on and off for my default browser since it was released, and i am generally impressed. it feels nicer to use than ie. but it does seem to render pages slower than ie6, not by much mind, but on some pages it is noticable.

Think I'll stick with my Firefox skin that looks like Internet Explorer, thanks.DJGM wrote:The latest version of what used to be the default theme for Firefox is out now . . .
Click the image above to get Firefox Qute Theme v3.0.
And when's version 1.1 due out? I'm sure I saw something about March 2005 on that subject.

it was also mentioned on bbc1's look east programme where the residient 'internet expert' recommended you download it to help combat the recent rise in rouge dialler attacks in the region. he failed mention that these old people should stop trying to download pornography, pirate software and music - the only pages i visit that ever attempt to install a dialler.DJGM wrote:Firefox has been featured on the popular US TV news broadcast "ABC World News Tonight".
