FUCKS SAKE!

My now FORMER mate has been shagging my ex girlfriend for weeks. I've only just found out. How can he go behind my back like this?

He always jokingly said he fancied her, but now he's fucking her. I'm not jealous, just hurt and betrayed.

What should i do?

Control myself and dont bother with him again, or go round his house right now and knock him into next week.

I'm in favour of the latter. You guys and gals have until 5pm tomorrow to help me out!

Hmm...

The problem is you don't really want to do something you want to regret.

If she's your Ex you can't really do anything about it & you could just make the problem worse.

Just calm down, drink some Heineken & Watch some Teachers on Channel 4 in about 10 mins.

Seriously if you've known your mate for years is it really worth throwing away a friendship because he's doing an Ex which is the most important word hear.

Although he should knwo better himself

There are two responses to this - one is the 'correct' response, the other is what you are feeling right now.

Once you stop dating a person they aren't your anything, 'ex' or otherwise. You're not a dog who marks territory. Your friend is a free agent and he shouldn't have his pallette of choice limited just because you got there first. He probably didn't tell you because because your reaction would likely be a damp squib in his moment of gratification.

However, and naturally, feelings of betrayal, disappointment and being 'left out' will be the ones rolling through your system. It's the normal thing to feel.

The trick here is to recognise you feel lousy, but rise above it. You're not a teenager any more James, and frankly, *not* reacting is the classier thing to do.

I'm not suggesting that you can ever be good mates with this lad again, but kicking off (or kicking him in) won't do you any good at all.

Be strong, tiger.

She can't have been that great if she's your ex, and if all he can get is your "leftovers" let him have them, you're better than he is.

Maybe its best to just leave them to it. If you're over your ex then it shouldn't matter what she does with whoever she does it with. You shouldn't really care less anyway because you have far more interesting things to concern yourself with.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm all for a good old fashioned scrap.

she has got very sticky out ears.

It's a shame I photoshopped her ears in all the pics I took of her! I could do with seeing a picture of her which i haven't tarted up to make her better looking.

My mate can go screw himself, or more precisely, my ex. I've got better friends than that manwhore anyway. Manwhore...who am I kidding. Until a couple of weeks ago, I was shagging a 26-yr-old married woman!

Anyway, I need a new girlfriend. someone I really like and can settle down with. I need some stability in my life right now. Everything is seriously going pear-shaped.

I owe money left right and centre, I've quit my job, I hardly attend lectures in Uni (even though I'm living 200 yards from the main entrance) and I have a sore throat which I've had for weeks!

Roll on 2005. A change of year often means a change of fortunes........I hope! If not, out comes the bottle of pills and un-diluted smirnoff :?

If you owe money left right and centre, and you want stability in your life, the last thing you need is a girlfriend.

Well as long as she doesn't have big ears you should be OK.

How about her? She just made $28,000 on ebay! Her ears don't stick out, in fact - does she even have ears? Who knows!
