Site improvements
There's no pleasing some people...Neil Jones wrote:Looks cold now, the topic index page in comparision to the red. I shivered as I looked at it.

It's a tricky one, because I tried making some columns red and others blue, but it ended up looking like some kind of Fisher-Price toy... Which probably wouldn't have gone down very well either.
Hopefully the copious amounts of red on the rest of the site will warm you up again.

Toning down red usually turns it pink, which given the popularity of the former purple design (or lack of it), probably wouldn't have gone down too well. I think the blue works, though, and balances out the red on the rest of the site quite well.
Also, just in case anyone hadn't noticed, the Submit and Preview buttons have also been swapped.

Fascinating how you've played with that when you still haven't sorted this URL problem of a white link on a white background:Hymagumba wrote:right just for reference, there are now URL buttons and stuff like at TVF.
***YOU MUST*** press CTRL and F5 to reload the javascript page so you can use them otherwise none of them will work.

Are we ever going to have clickable links on the front page, or not ?
