Are you now beginning to see how the 'elements of the case itself' ARE different, or are we going to carry on with this obscure line you're taking?

i'm afraid you are wrong.

this is not the issue i have been discussing, if you'd have read any of my posts you would have seen this. i have acknowledged several times that ferdinand had not raped anyone, i was highlighting the simularities between the two cases as far as damage to career, being discreet about sexual activity to minimize the risk of this happening, and the posibility of any false claims.
