Regrets... If Only I Had......

As you get older you will probably have regrets about not doing something when you had the opportunity to do so at the time. Is there any one big regret you have now which could have changed your lifestyle completely?
Mine goes back to 1981 when I was given an opportunity to invest £500 in the Andrew Lloyd Webber Musical "Cats" before it had opened in London. If only I did!

My dad worked in Japan for quite a few years and was presented with an opportunity to import machines which allowed people in pubs to sing along to backing tracks. They were new in Japan and were popular with business men.

It would have cost him a few thousand to set up, so he passed.

Karaoke, anyone?

If only I'd danced with Heather at the 7th grade Halloween Semi-Formal.

Aw bless, Tom

Was a girl at school who, at the time, I fancied (i'm gay but I guess as a teen we do daft things  ) and I never knew until her friends told me 2 years after she left that she fancied me rotten......AND would overlook the fact that I probably was gay just to be near me......how odd is that?

Anyway, regrets.....tend not to have any as it ruins your life.....accept what life throws at you, accept that past mistakes are in the past and move on!!!

Perhaps, not so much regrets, but just "if" there was something you did then which you now know it would have changed your life considerably. I think that's what I mean't Mike.
Mr.Toms and Gavins responses are good examples.
Cheers.
