Do you get stressed? I do...it gets me down...and I'm very stressed at work at the moment. I've had to take five minutes to have a cuppa and turn to my favourite forum.

Stress...i love it !! :(

I hate stress because I can never think straight. (If anyone replies with a pun..) I get really confused and it takes me like 10 minutes to sort myself out. Which then puts me in a rush.

Stress of course is not necessarily a negative. Stress acts as a motivator and we all need varying degrees of stress in our lives just to get things done. You may also find that you perform at your best when under a certain amount of stress, so it's all about levels really.

However, it's when you don't get the opportunity to unwind after the end of a period of stress, that you indeed become "Stressed" and all the unpleasant effects of that.

I agree with SE. Stress can be a motivational force. I also learned, the hard way, that stress can be a risult from bad time management. I was told a saying about the five P's, but I've forgotten what it was...

A lot of pressure indeed. Theatre Studies is one of my subjects so I know what complete and utter mayhem that surrounds it.

Good luck with it.
