Hello,
Just a little quick request here - but does anybody know of a free TTS (Text to Speech) engine that I could download or if there is one on Microsoft Office XP?

ReadPlease 2003 seems the most popular

You could also try http://www.rhetorical.com/cgi-bin/demo.cgi
which is a very good online TTS converter, hope this helps.

If you know anything about programming with Windows you can also get the free tools avaliable and knock one up quite quickly
