Is it me, or have the posts telling Cheese Head about his poor grasp of the English language been deleted?

I find it a bit rude that they have been deleted just like that, without any notification from the moderators or administrators.

No, the posts that were off topic in the 'annoying websites' thread were removed with no particular bias towards anyone involved.

It was purely an experimental measure testing the benefits of 'cutting the crap' as Greg might say.

It's just a shame to see a thread with potential diluted down so much.

Well I think it was a pretty dull thread in the first place. But indeed, I noticed this, and experimental is how it should stay.

Well if this is going to stay, then at least you should tell the posters involved. Don't tell me we're now going to ban all discussion of the forum on the forum and establish a contact centre?

Chris, don't spit the dummy. Quite frankly if, "fat fingers missing the spacebar" was the best you could come up with, then we didn't miss much by Martin removing it.

There's nowt wrong with making your exasperation or displeasure known, but lets keep it witty, shall we?

It shall remain experimental and it shall remain at my discretion.

We can all see a thread in a different light, frankly I don’t find discussion of html tags particularly gripping but then I respect the fact others will appreciate it more. It's all about give and take.

I'd rather a plea to donate Cheese Head with a keyboard featuring a full character set was done in its own thread in the Lounge than in other threads as on off topic feature.

And no one is suggesting we stall all discussion of the site - it makes it what it is. I'd just rather see off topic stuff taken to its own thread and let the original one get on with it while threes still interest. We don't charge for new threads.

I have to say cd, that was a very poor insult.

Plus why be nasty to Cheese Head when there is the much better target of Barrnett the retard in that thread? (see above post)

Barret is an equal idiot.

And Cheese Head doesn't deserve good insults - but it's nice to know that with people like him and barret around there'll be a good supply of industrial labour for at least the next 60 years. However, if you're looking at mental ages, we'll be going until the next few millennia!
