Bit of a shame that for those old enough to remember how cool it was when they first appeared on the high street (late ps1/early ps2 era in a lot of towns) but with gaming becoming mainstream and any real reason to buy anything from Game, pretty small I suppose it was only a matter of time.

Sadly the units will either go unused or get filled with another vape or mobile phone repair shop. Who’d have thought what was to replace the horrible national chains actually turned out to be worse. A bit like what happened with religion I suppose.

I remember 20 years ago there were 3 stores just in Southampton one which was a concession in Debenhams!
