anybody having difficulty accessing the forum from Safari on MacOS 12.4?
for me it just spins loading these two javascript libraries. on iPhone iOS 15.5 I seem to get the issue, although somewhat intermittently.

I'll have a look into this when I'm back home this evening. Currently in Slough, sans laptop. :)Dr Lobster* wrote: ↑Wed 18 May, 2022 21.01 anybody having difficulty accessing the forum from Safari on MacOS 12.4?

interestingly, I think the problem was caused by the Limit IP Address Tracking feature built into MacOS.rob wrote: ↑Sat 21 May, 2022 09.22Was going to have a look this morning, but don't need to now!!Dr Lobster* wrote: ↑Thu 19 May, 2022 22.11 I don't know if you've done anything, but it's working now!!! thanks if you have!
I only turned it off after I started to get other websites misbehaving, albeit, in slightly different ways - Office 365 and Teams, intermittently loading messages, calendar events etc.
It seems the aggravating factor is that I run PiHole at home and when I've been on other networks, I've not been seeing the problems despite the option being enabled. Weird.

Oh good, it's like clockwork isn't it?
Except now they've gone official with it, closing BBC Four and CBBC and guess who decides to show up to spout "OH, BUT CBBC WAS BETTER AS ONE SERVICE, WHY DO WE NEED TWO?!"

The thread is a slog to read TBH. It's driven by rose tinted nostalgia.JetixFann450 wrote: ↑Fri 27 May, 2022 12.05 Oh good, it's like clockwork isn't it?

I think even before Thursday it was filled with awful hot takes about BBC services. The worst one I've seen was 'shut down the iPlayer cause Britbox exists'.Jonwo wrote: ↑Fri 27 May, 2022 19.41The thread is a slog to read TBH. The news on Thursday has amplified them to a level that goes beyond tolerable.
My issue is that trying to explain reasons why the suggestions of the old afternoon CBBC block is unlikely to return is met with futile resistant and also there is a weird undercurrent that abandoning digital first and iPlayer is somehow going to bring back viewers to linear which frankly is nuts.
