Find it so funny that I get treated like shit on TVF, even though I restrict my posting to the same threads and never cause anything totally controversial, yet total twats like bazina, Sky786 and declan, along with thisiscnn who just shows up to post random information related to the topic title and doesn't participate in much discussion, and the rest of then stir shit and sit back, watch the fireworks kick off when members who have been around for longer (either for a good while and just as wee bit, like myself) pull them up or disagree with them, and then those members get warnings and labelled with 'Recently warned' when said twats are mostly labelled as 'New member' and use it to their advantage.
They really need to have some restrictions put on them for a lot longer than the 'New member' tag is on their posts.

Metropol was born out of a desire to move general chit chat off of TV Forum, so there is a precedent. I'f it moves rota chat out of TV Forum I'm all for it as it's just creepy, frankly.
I wasn't there at the time but wasn't the reason for Metropol's existence because it was forced, not because it was particularly desired by members? There used to be an off-topic forum on TV Forum called 'The Lounge' and it got TVF into some trouble so it was spun off into its own site. Obviously there are people on here who will know more about that than me...

We all know that most of the newer members come along and put up shitty PowerPoint mocks or get some warehouse furniture in a rectangle and post it as a Studio Mock, treat insiders with contempt, constantly 'tell' networks how they can improve their output and post inane facts and images on TVF. However, while they are a large annoyance there are several other annoyances on the forum...
The Rota Stalkers - quite frankly some of the stuff posted on the rota threads crosses several lines in to what would be considered very creepy. The Anti-BBC Cabal - The same group of 10, maybe 15 members who every so often start one of their is the BBC worth it, has the licence fee had its day threads which are dull and annoying The members 'who have been around for longer' and believe this gives them superiority and more knowledge over newer members. While there are distinct 'groups' or 'factions' on TVF, they all have a right to be there and post what they want - if it annoys you just ignore it or read it and then come and laugh about it on here.
This post in the Rota thread is reaching new levels of creepy and odd.
