I find it bizarre that discussion about five new ITV idents being discussed in the main ITV thread now have their own separate thread.

Not really that odd. Many wouldn't be expecting anything new from ITV so wouldn't bother checking the thread, so makes sense to spit it from the main topic.

Can I thank Gavin S. for his intervention in the Boston thread, we might be poles apart politically, yet I thank his comment in that thread.

There seems to be a very nasty clique developing on TVF, which is annoying and wholly unnecessary and lacking any justification whatsoever.
