I know people don't have lots of time for steddenm, given stuff that's gone on in the past. But it's like he's been on another planet for ages.

Self-confessed faredodger TrivialMatters seems to also be an obsessive compulsive stalker of BBC News presenters during their rehearsals -- apparently you just need to know "where to look".... no, nothing abnormal about THAT....

You're going to fairly tenuous lengths to assassinate his character there, Michael.

You would watch a studio rehearsal if you could switch into the feed just as readily as I would. I don't think telescopes come into it.
