I personally admire his enthusiasm for accuracy of TV pres dates. I had no idea BBC World didn't drop the flags until April 2000, or that the 1996 Carlton idents started in 1995.
Sorry I have to be erratic about this but the 1996 ident come in in 1996, its the 1994 idents these ones: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWH0QwcwBY4 which come in during 1995;

And we're off-air. Holding slide says TVF is sleeping - this couldn't possible be the updated design, etc?

If it is I never knew I had such a powerful say in matters, but I doubt it!

Hmm... that's a different page than usual so I think that (hopefully) this is the new design. Anyone in the know? Is this worth staying up for?

Dan S wrote:Yes Harry, you don't need to post a cap everytime a presenter comes on to start their shift! As aconnell said, try and restrict your capping to things that happen out of the ordinary, eg. if you ever saw the Five being presented by Moira Stuart one evening, or Lyse Doucet guest hosting Newsnight on one occasion, those would be the kind of things to cap.

Asa closes a non-Presentation thread: http://www.tvforum.co.uk/tvhome/mice-plague-bbc-38325/

Happy to see he's not complacent with the place turning in to DS.

Sorry I just thought it was slightly amusing and it was BBC related.

I've edited the post to say you can join the conversation on DS.
